All requirements must be completed and turned in when due. Final papers with missing elements will be considered incomplete. Late penalties will be assessed for those not turned in on the assigned day (-10 points 1 day, -20 for 2 days, -30 for 3 days). Four days late is UNACCEPTABLE—NO CREDIT.
Plagiarism will not be tolerated. Remember that this is when someone takes another person’s words or ideas and uses them as their own, without giving the original author credit. Plagiarism will result in a zero for the entire assignment and all associated grades.
The checkpoint days are designed to help you keep up with the writing process of the research paper. Following these guidelines will prevent you from turning in late work. I strongly suggest complete adherence to all DUE DATES.
